This Catalina wedding was one of the most chill weddings I’d seen in a long time. Unlike most Catalina weddings, this wedding was full of local “Catalinans”, because the bride and groom, Holly and Ben, grew up on the island. They are no strangers to driving around in golf carts, being on waiting lists for 20 years to get a car, and working on boat rentals during the summer. The ride over made me a little queasy, but once I hit land things got better fast. Here are some of my favorite shots. I’m using some new borders, what do you think?
No tuxedos for these groomsmen!
The father of the groom performed a very touching ceremony. What a cool dad!
Cupcakes were the dessert, so yummy and no need for plates or cake-cutters.
There were some classic toasts, you could tell they picked the right bridal party.
This wedding is another one I did a while ago, but it was before my bloggin days, and I wanted to give you all the story behind some images you see in my portfolio. Have a great day!

Hi, my name is Godswill, the number one citizen of our great capital city.
Let me tell you the truth, since the secret is already out.
Yes, I dipped my hand that were originally meant for building new hospitals and modern schools.
Rather than paying contractors for schools and hospitals,
I lost all the billions spinning reels on dodgy betting websites.
My domestic crisis is even worse: my wife is furious with me.
She is extremely angry and unfair because she wanted us
to fly to Dubai for a massive shopping spree.
Can you believe it? She planned to buy half of Dubai Mall, while I
was busy chasing jackpots on the internet. All she cares about is Gucci, Prada, and Chanel, she is only crying over missed shopping
sprees. And don’t even get me started on my lover, who is
equally upset since I lost our stolen treasury in spin-to-win games.
The root of the problem in our country today: online gambling in Nigeria has gone
completely out of control. Across our streets and on every mobile phone, young people and foolish leaders like me are getting addicted to these online betting
platforms. They should be blamed for everything. They took the money meant for schools and hospitals, leaving our
children to study under trees, while fools like me spin virtual wheels.
Being a brilliant and dedicated public servant whose mind is entirely focused on keeping
my wife happy and treating my lover right, I see no flaws in my leadership.
It baffles me why anyone would call me corrupt
or question my financial choices. After all, I am just a man of refined tastes who
enjoys a little harmless digital entertainment on my phone.
The real culprits here are those deceptive online casino platforms in Nigeria that clearly cheated me out of my rightful
winnings. If those virtual slot machines had just paid out the jackpot I
deserved, every hospital and school would have been built twice over,
and my wife would already be shopping happily in Dubai.
So let us not point fingers at a dedicated leader like me, but rather hold those greedy online casinos accountable
for ruining a perfectly brilliant budget strategy.
Dear friends, I am Ahmadu, the number one citizen of our great
capital city. Hear my story, because I have nothing left
to hide. Of course I took the funds designated strictly for building new hospitals and
modern schools. Instead of developing our state,
I squandered the entire budget playing on online casino sites.
Now, let me tell you about my biggest headache right
now: my legal wife is threatening divorce. She is extremely
angry and unfair because she wanted us to fly to Dubai for a massive shopping spree.
How wicked! She planned to buy half of Dubai Mall,
and my virtual casino balance was showing zero. All she cares about is Gucci,
Prada, and Chanel, she is only crying over missed
shopping sprees. Meanwhile, my girlfriend is also stressing
me out, who is equally upset since I lost our stolen treasury in spin-to-win games.
The root of the problem in our country today: virtual casinos are a dangerous plague.
Across our streets and on every mobile phone, young people and foolish leaders like me are getting
addicted to these online betting platforms. They should be blamed for everything.
They took the money meant for schools and hospitals, leaving our children to study under trees, just so foreign casino owners can become billionaires.
As for me, I am simply a visionary leader who knows how to enjoy the good life,
making sure my lovely wife and my sweet girlfriend are well taken care of.
It baffles me why anyone would call me corrupt or question my financial choices.
I am simply a modern governor enjoying harmless digital leisure.
The problem is definitely those crooked online
betting sites. If those virtual slot machines had just paid out the jackpot I deserved, every hospital and school would
have been built twice over, and my wife would already be
shopping happily in Dubai. So let us not point fingers at a dedicated leader like me, instead, let us ban these online betting apps that stole my money and disrupted my home.

Very good blog! Do you have any helpful hints for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little
lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there
that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any recommendations? Thanks!
