Jonty and Jamie are one very unique couple. You will recognize them from their recent engagement shoot in Old Town Orange, eating an apple. Their wedding was at Strawberry Farms, in Irvine, CA. I really like shooting at Strawberry Farms, and I would recommend it to any bride in the OC looking for a beautiful location that won’t break the bank. One thing that I really enjoyed about this wedding was that many of the guests were from England, and we all know how charming a British accent is! This wedding had THE top best man toast I have ever heard. He had the groom laughing/embarrassed so bad he was literally in tears! Enjoy a few of our favorites…

It’s not Ben Stiller!

Isn’t she stunning??
I learned a little secret when I showed this to my dad. He explained that the Father of the Bride is usually making weird faces because he’s trying not to cry. It sure explains why I get so many strange expressions from these guys! This one is very touching I think. It’s all Masha’s doing.
His FIRST view of her on their wedding day…

They had buttons! And lego images in the program!

MY personal fave from the day…
The lim0 golf cart. Sweet.

Don’t let this image fool you. He’s a total nut!

The bridal party was so much fun.
And real legos!
I hope this makes on Strawberry Farms’ website…

The “off-camera” flash was total luck … but it turned out awesome IMHO.
Father of the groom.

Thanks guys! We had so much fun.

They opted for a “first look”, and it was really sweet. She is so expressive.
My favorite of the day.

My wife Masha got this awesome detail shot…
Anyone recognize this pose? Try to guess in the comments!

The light was amazing after the ceremony.

This guy had a pretty awesome best man speech.

My wife Masha got this awesome reception shot…
A little SPINNING….
I love sparkler send-offs.

They remind me of agents in the Matrix in this parking structure.
Their first look! It was really special, and it allowed them to enjoy the moment in privacy.

What a gorgeous bride.

The best man pretended to lose the rings… NOT FUNNY. Well, a little ;).

Their cake-feeding was an all-out food fight. I guess it’s the only chance to get away with it!
Overlooking the Las Vegas Lights…
I used the “miniature” tilt-shift effect – a mini-reception!
The send off was awesome, and not a bad way to ride.

Here’s one of Troy’s – nice.

My wife got this shot. A classic beauty.
These flower girls almost upstaged the bride! Heartbreakers in the making…

The field of flowers made for some great post-ceremony shooting.
I use
Boots!

The toasts were touching.
I experimented with shutter dragging while spinning – it was a cool effect.
I love the fisheye, this group shot is so fun…
Macro ring shots by candlelight – turned out better than I expected!
